The only thing Reform 2025 Ltd (Reform UK) has in common with actual reality is the R and E in the spelling lol.
Could the real reason so many Reform UK councillors resigned so soon after being elected be because they wanted so much to serve the flag they love that they were manipulated into standing for election without any idea of what being a councillor entailed. Perhaps as with all the mainstream political parties other than the Greens, they were told not to worry, they would be told how to vote in meetings on the day.
Could the real reason so many voters voted Reform UK be because we voters are desperate for real change and, having voted in New Labour AND the Conservatives in the past for that very same reason, only to realise later we had been lied to. We lost trust. We lost hope. Most of us even forgot how we were duped in the past and who duped us. So we put our faith in Reform UK because we are told by GB News that they are not scared of telling the truth, are Pro common sense, pro free speech and anti the real threat that faces our proud nation. The threat that, one day soon, our women and girls and everyone else who is British, will be murdered in our beds by Islamist’s and ‘Illegals’ of fighting age unless something is done.
When Foreign Billionaires own not just politicians but all of our main stream media (MSM) they can invent and maintain the false narrative which becomes the truth that decides policy. Money IS power.
GB News is the most popular news channel in Britain according to GB News. They say they are the only news channel that dares to tell the truth and ‘say it as it is’. And yet, GB News is in the business of winding people up not disseminating the news. Complaints to OFCOM of bigotry or hate speech are pointless, OFCOM says people who watch GB News know ‘what to expect’ when they tune into GB News so the rules don’t apply to them. That is true, partially. People do tune into GB News specifically to be wound up but actually the rules are supposed to them apply so that bit’s not true.
OFCOM operates as a statutory independent corporation and is not a government body. This gives the government deniable plausibility and OFCOM an air of independence and fairness. OFCOM is however funded by the broadcasters themselves and since money is power, the richest broadcasters naturally have the power to not follow the rules and independent community broadcasters, strapped for cash, have to not only follow rules but be careful not to do something to anger OFCOM as they have the power to bend rules to suit themselves. Community broadcasters can’t afford the kind of lawyers the billionaires have at their disposal.
Like just about everything else on here this is a work in progress. I’ll get round to it when me brain is next on line. It’s tripped out again due to tiredness. Me cuppa tea went cold too, have to pop it in the microwave. Another wasted two bob on electric. xx
